All shipments will require 2-3 business days for processing time.
Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (3-7 business days)
All orders will be shipped via ground service. Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days.

Deliveries are normally made on business days, no weekend delivery. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.
Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.
International Orders
At this time, we ship to the 50 states of USA. We DO NOT ship to Canada and International.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending upon the product availability, shipping method and the location of your shipping address. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail notifying that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment by visiting our carrier’s website or through our online order tracking system. Please note that we will notify you only via e-mail.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from our customer service department.
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Follow the instructions located on the back of your invoice to ship back the merchandise. We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return).

Your reason for returning the merchandise
We will notify you via e-mail of the Return Address and an RMA Number for the items you wish to return.
All returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation). Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured US Postal when returning goods.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
If your package is returned to CologneStore.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $9.95 re-shipping fee.
Cancel Your Order
Since we use automated order processing, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Claims
Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service department within 24-48 hours after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by e-mail at: info@CologneStore.com. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 business days.
